We collect the information you give us when you contact us, request a demo, or use one of our products. That usually means name, email, company, and the message you send us.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to operate the services you've asked for, and to keep our platform secure. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Your data is processed in Microsoft Azure data centres, primarily in South Africa North and West Europe. We use Microsoft's standard contractual clauses for any cross-border transfer.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@touchbasepro.com and we'll respond within the timelines required by law.
