Terms of service

These are the terms that apply when you use a TouchBasePro service. They're written to be readable. A signed Master Services Agreement may take precedence.
The service
TouchBasePro provides messaging, voice, and engagement infrastructure under the SKUs listed on this site. Specific service levels, throughput limits, and commercial terms are set out in your order form.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send unsolicited messages, to harass, to impersonate, or to violate any applicable law or carrier policy. We may suspend traffic that breaches these rules to protect our network and our other customers.
Availability
We target 99.95% monthly uptime for the core message-delivery plane. Live status is published at /status.
Liability
Except for fraud or wilful misconduct, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
